Our story begins when Jun Cho, a South Korean immigrant who set out to create a unique Cajun seafood boil restaurant in 2020. Mr. Cho knew he had a special concept destined for growth right away as locals clamored to get a taste of the menu. Boil Daddy began as a delivery-only concept with one location in downtown Los Angeles, but, thanks to powerful branding, organic buzz, and to-die-for flavors, we found ourselves amidst a high-demand market with need to expand — and fast.
